MissionStaff is seeking a Settlement Specialist to join a fast-paced estate settlement team. You will oversee the full workflow from internal teams to external partners, ensuring accurate and timely estate resolutions while applying AI and automation tools to streamline processes.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of estate settlement experience in law firms, trust departments, or financial institutions, with strong project management and superb communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of estate settlement experience in law firms, trust departments, or financial institutions
