- Curiosity about markets, systems, automation, data and AI with a willingness to learn and experiment.
Responsibilities
- Execute domestic and international equity trades with sound judgment across liquidity, timing, and market conditions.
- Design and evolve the firm’s next-generation trading platform, including workflows, data architecture, and operational processes.
- Contribute to AI-enabled tools, decision-support systems, and scalable investment workflows across trading and operations.
- Improve execution quality and efficiency through technology, analytics, and process design.
- Partner with investment, compliance, operations, brokers, and technology teams to support a front-to-back trading environment.
- Strengthen trading infrastructure, controls, and broker management practices.
- Rethink how a modern investment organization operates in an AI-enabled environment.
