Living Security in Austin, Texas, is hiring an autonomous, AI-native technical support professional to help enterprise customers get unstuck on the platform. You’ll join troubleshooting calls, identify what is failing, and guide or implement fixes in real time, owning the issue until the customer confirms a working workflow.

You’ll work with identity and security admins, use AI agents for logs, scripts, and diagnostics, and collaborate with Engineering to restore reliable data flows.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in technical support or enterprise software roles.
• Ability to lead live customer troubleshooting with enterprise clients.
• Experience diagnosing SSO, provisioning, API auth and data mappings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead live customer troubleshooting, establish impact and resolve issues.
• Investigate across systems including SSO, provisioning, and API auth.
• Verify customer results using logs, API responses and SQL.
• Apply practical fixes, validate mappings and restore data flows.
• Use AI agents to investigate logs, test scripts, and improve docs.
• Eliminate recurring problems with durable fixes and runbooks.
• Own the customer conversation across channels.
