Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading enterprise architecture and data capabilities with measurable outcomes.
• Deep expertise across EA, data modeling, cloud, integration, security, and AI.
• Proven success designing enterprise frameworks, shared data models, and governance practices.
• Entrepreneurial, builder-minded leader who can translate strategy into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Shape Enterprise Architecture Strategy: establish principles, reference architectures, decision frameworks, and standards.
• Build a Trusted Enterprise Data Foundation: define enterprise data model, ownership, quality, lineage, and governance.
• Create the Paved Road for Innovation: develop reusable patterns, templates, shared services, and automated controls.
• Drive Strategic Technology Decisions: establish build/buy/reuse frameworks and effective AI adoption.
• Lead Enterprise Systems Strategy: define systems of record, guide rationalization, reduce duplication.
• Enable Cross-Enterprise Collaboration: partner with Product, Platform Engineering, Security, Legal, and business leaders.
• Establish Reusable Enterprise Services: guide service catalog architecture and integrity.
• Champion Continuous Innovation: transform recurring challenges into scalable solutions and measurable value.
