Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking an Enterprise Architect to define and govern architectures across business, data, application, and technology domains. You will lead AI-enabled analysis and collaborate with business leaders to deliver scalable, secure solutions aligned with strategic goals.

You will drive roadmaps, set governance standards, and mentor teams to mature architectural practices while ensuring responsible AI adoption and alignment with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of enterprise, solution, data, application, or platform architecture experience.
• Pragmatic application of EA frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
• Strong understanding of ERP, MES, CAD, PLM, QMS, cloud platforms, distributed systems, integration frameworks, and modern application design.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, data architectures, and modern security frameworks.
• Consistent track record to lead and realize large-scale transformation or modernization initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, and collaborator leadership skills across corporate and technological audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define, govern, and realize enterprise architecture across Business, Data, Application, and Technology domains.
• Lead AI-enabled architectural analysis to improve decision-making and execution efficiency.
• Create capability maps, value streams, process models, and governance artifacts.
• Guide platform evaluations and cloud strategy; ensure security-by-design and Resilience.
• Lead architecture review boards; ensure traceability from strategy to delivery.
• Mentor architects, engineers, analysts, and product leaders to elevate architectural maturity.
