Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information sciences, technology, computer science, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in a consulting firm, working on large scale transformation projects in the commercial sector in the strategy, growth and IT transformation space.
• 6+ years' experience in IT project management, engineering transformation, and business analysis including tech modernization experience.
• Certifications: Certified Scrum Master, ITIL Foundation.
• Ability to travel 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT transformation projects for major consulting clients, focusing on innovation, technology resiliency, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and development teams to design, onboard, and optimize DevOps toolchains (e.g., GitLab, Artifactory, SonarQube).
• Manage project execution: develop project plans, facilitate meetings, maintain documentation, drive delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Analyze business requirements, performance metrics, and project risks; communicate recommendations to executive leadership.
• Act as a technology liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure alignment with change management controls.
