Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Risk Management & Incident Management.
• Familiar with RCSAs, including risk identification and control design.
• Ability to translate incidents into effective controls.

Responsibilities

• AI-enabled risk insight and transformation: prototype AI agents for risk governance.
• Incident management and root cause insight: conduct robust RCA and preventive actions.
• Issue and action lifecycle management: oversee remediation effectiveness and reporting.
• Enterprise risk, control design and product enablement: contribute to risk-based product governance.
• Process, risk and controls: perform quality reviews of GRC data.
• Risk culture and conduct: promote data-driven risk decision making and responsible AI use.
