Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Materials Science, Computer Science, Data Science, or Chemical Engineering.
• Experience in semiconductor failure analysis and yield investigations.
• Proficiency with data analytics, scripting, automation, or programming (Python/SQL).
• Ability to apply AI tools and automation to improve data processing and reporting.
• Ability to summarize findings in concise, technically sound reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and failure analysis with data-driven reporting.
• Operate lab equipment safely and support lab objectives.
• Drive root-cause investigations by correlating electrical data with FA results.
• Develop yield monitoring methodologies and AI-assisted detection models.
• Collaborate with Design, Process Integration, Product Engineering, Test, Manufacturing and Data Science teams to resolve yield and reliability issues.
• Develop and maintain data analysis tools, dashboards, and AI-powered workflows.
