Job summary

Key responsibilities include coordinating with engineering, field, GC and client teams, validating documentation, and supporting QA/QC and closeout activities. AI-driven workflows are a core part of the role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of document control experience in construction or data center projects.
• Strong QA/QC mindset with attention to detail and labeling.
• Experience coordinating across engineering, field, client, and GC teams.
• Familiarity with AI tools in construction workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Document control & management using ACC and client platforms; maintain versioning and folder structure.
• Administer ACC Docs/Build workflows; manage issue logs and approvals.
• Coordinate submittals and RFIs; track review cycles and ensure timelines.
• Perform QA/QC checks on outgoing document packages and ensure completeness.
• Assemble turnover packages with as-built drawings, test reports, and manuals.
• Embrace AI-driven workflows to automate tracking, reviews, and reports.
