Job summary

Garan, Incorporated seeks a Digital Twin Garment Asset Specialist to own the production and accuracy of AI-generated garment assets. You will translate 2D sketches, CADs, tech packs, artwork, color standards, and fabric references into realistic 3D representations for marketing to work from without a physical sample.

You’ll collaborate across design, technical design, marketing, and digital marketing to ensure lighting, fabric texture, and color accuracy.

Qualifications

• Associate-level experience in Apparel Design or related field.
• Strong eye for silhouette, color, fabrication, and details.
• Ability to interpret CADs, artwork, color standards, and fabrics.
• Experience with AI tools or willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong prompt-development and visual problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and organized file management.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.
• Proficiency in Photoshop for retouching.
• Portfolio showing 2D to 3D garment assets.
• Excellent communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Translate 2D sketches, CADs, and specs into realistic 3D garment assets.
• Develop prompts to improve garment accuracy and visual quality.
• Build assets reflecting design—fit, fabric, color, construction.
• Collaborate with marketing for lighting, style, and outputs.
• Ensure asset formats meet marketplace and website specs.
• Use Photoshop for final touch-ups and refinements.
• Coordinate with tech teams to scale the process.
• Organize asset library and hand off assets with proper naming.
• Cross-check digital twins against 2D/3D renders before approval.
