• Proven track record delivering digital products from ideation through launch with strong UX.
• Deep understanding of UX principles and user-centered design methodologies.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into product decisions.
• Strong project management skills to prioritise timelines and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Advance product vision and strategy aligning with business objectives and user needs, including AI enhancements.
• Manage full product lifecycle from concept to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Lead product meetings and ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Oversee requirements gathering and translate user stories including ML/AI components.
• Deliver on roadmaps balancing short-term priorities with long-term strategy.
• Bridge design, development, and stakeholders across all phases of the lifecycle.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows; utilize AI-assisted design tools as appropriate.
• Supervise UX/UI design to deliver intuitive experiences across digital touchpoints.
• Conduct user research and testing; apply AI-powered insights when beneficial.
• Use data-driven insights and analytics, augmented by AI-enabled analysis, to iterate.
• Ensure digital products meet information security standards and governance.
