Job summary

Breckenridge Grand Vacations seeks a Digital Designer to craft high-quality, on-brand visuals across websites, email, social media, and digital advertising. You will drive creative from concept through production, blending design principles with generative AI tools to elevate campaigns and maintain brand integrity.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, evolve our digital identity, and embrace emerging technologies like video, motion graphics, and AI while delivering production-ready

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 2+ years of professional graphic or digital design experience.
• Strong portfolio across web, social, email and digital advertising.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with AI-powered creative tools and WordPress CMS is a plus.
• Hybrid or in-person collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce on-brand creative for websites, email, social, digital ads, and print.
• Develop campaign creative: branding, hero graphics, landing pages, assets.
• Lead production from concept to final deliverables with strong visual storytelling.
• Adapt creative across brands, channels, sizes while ensuring accessibility and consistency.
• Support website design with WordPress, page builders, responsive layouts.
• Apply AI in ideation, design, and production while upholding brand standards.
• Collaborate with Creative Director and teams to align with marketing objectives.
• Prepare production-ready files and review proofs for quality and accuracy.
