Job summary

LogicMonitor is seeking a DevOps Demo Engineer in Austin, TX to maintain demo environments, configure infrastructure, and support automated deployments using GitOps practices. You will collaborate with Product, Development, and Sales teams to ensure readiness for demos and trials, while enforcing security and compliance standards.

The role emphasizes environment scaling, runbook creation, and documentation, with a strong focus on performance optimization and incident resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with config management, deployment automation, and monitoring tools.
• Scripting skills in Bash or Python for automation.

Responsibilities

• Environment management for demo setups and POCs.
• Configure infrastructure using playbooks and standards.
• Support automated deployment pipelines and GitOps practices.
• Use AI tools to accelerate deployment troubleshooting and runbook creation.
• Monitor demos; tune dashboards and alerts to reduce noise.
• Follow security best practices and assist with IAM/RBAC and audits.
• Assist with scaling and capacity planning for demos.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Sales, and SE teams.
• Create and maintain documentation for setup and maintenance.
• Identify performance issues and assist with optimizations.
• Provide timely resolution and document learnings.
