Job summary

Physical Superintelligence seeks a Technical Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of datacenter optimization engagements, from first technical scoping call to deployed, verified results in a live facility.

You will own engagements end to end, manage the customer relationship, and bridge research and deployment while driving AI-native delivery across multi-agent workflows. This role requires on-site work in Boston and a track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Five or more years running technical programs with hardware or physical-world dependencies.
• Experience owning complex technical projects end-to-end.
• Ability to negotiate scope and manage executive-level relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own engagements end to end from discovery through deployment and verification.
• Manage customer relationship and cadence with facility engineers and executives.
• Bridge research outputs to validated, instrumented deployment in live facilities.
• Lead delivery with AI-native tooling and multi-agent workflows.
