Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience in program or project management.
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
• Experience working with data analytics tools and reporting platforms.
• Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver program communications with stakeholders (metrics progress, meeting notes, logs, newsletters, websites).
• Collect data relating to program progress from stakeholders.
• Author program charter detailing scope, timeline, OKRs, and resources/dependencies with stakeholders.
• Author stakeholder map identifying those impacted and influencing program outcomes with stakeholders.
• Triage technical bugs and feature requests with engineering stakeholders for prioritization and tracking.
