Job summary

DrinkPAK, LLC is seeking an Information Systems Data Analyst to bridge IT and business teams, focusing on dashboards, data lake assets, and AI-assisted analytics. This role supports multiple departments and emphasizes governance, self-service, and scalable reporting.

You will configure systems like Workday and ERP tools, coach teams on data literacy, and accelerate delivery with AI prompts and templates while ensuring secure, compliant data practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3+ years in systems/bI analytics, or related roles.
• Practical experience with AI assistants and sound judgment on verification.
• Backend configuration and reporting experience in enterprise platforms.
• Proven testing discipline and ability to document defects clearly.
• Strong data skills: advanced Excel, SQL, and reconciling data across systems.
• Excellent written documentation and requirements gathering for non-technical partners.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Dashboard & reporting development translating department questions into data models and visuals.
• Data lake enablement: discover, query, and leverage lakehouse assets with governance.
• Departmental enablement and capability building for dashboards, AI use, and templates.
• Business systems configuration including Workday HR/payroll reports and security.
• AI-augmented delivery: draft SQL/DAX, prototyping visuals, and generating documentation.
• Cross-functional partnership with rotating embedded schedule and stakeholder communication.
• Maintain runbooks and train users to build and extend dashboards.
