Job summary

Carrier is seeking a strategic and technically skilled Manager, Cyber Intelligence Program to lead and mature the Cyber Intelligence function within the Cyber Fusion Center (CFC).

This individual contributor role serves as the program manager for enterprise cyber intelligence, responsible for establishing strategy, priorities, processes, partnerships, and capabilities that enable intelligence-driven risk reduction across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in cyber threat intelligence, intelligence analysis, cybersecurity operations, incident response or cyber investigations.
• 3+ years leading programs, initiatives, or large-scale projects within cybersecurity or intelligence functions.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to coordinate with U.S. Government partners as required.
• Experience with intelligence product development, stakeholder engagement and executive briefing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Carrier's Cyber Intelligence program strategy, operating model, governance, priorities, roadmaps, and performance metrics.
• Develop intelligence program vision, processes, standards, and service offerings; align to enterprise risks and priorities.
• Establish intelligence requirements and collection priorities; define KPIs and operational metrics.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across Security Operations, Incident Response, Insider Risk, and Engineering.
• Oversee intelligence planning and ensure resources focus on high-value threats and investigations.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities to improve collection, analysis, reporting and knowledge management.
• Partner with tech teams to pilot AI capabilities and integrate them into workflows.
• Develop repeatable AI-assisted methodologies for research, risk analysis and executive briefings.
• Establish governance and quality controls for AI-generated intelligence products.
• Measure operational impact and business value of AI-driven intelligence capabilities.
• Oversee the development and delivery of intelligence products for technical teams and leadership.
• Set intelligence product standards, templates, and publishing procedures; ensure actionable guidance.
• Coordinate intelligence support for incidents, threat assessments, and enterprise security initiatives.
• Direct intelligence collection across open-source, commercial, government and industry sources.
• Monitor emerging threats and geopolitics relevant to Carrier's operating environment.
• Support investigations, insider risk, threat hunting, and incident response through intelligence-led analysis.
• Coordinate intelligence sharing with government agencies and industry partners.
