Job summary

Google seeks a Commercial Contracts Program Manager within the Strategy, Governance and Transformation Office (SGTO) to govern GSRS’s vendor contracting and compliance activities and advise on vendor strategy and performance management. You will drive contract portfolio consolidation and efficiencies through data analysis, enabling AI-driven innovation while upholding high standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in contract law and commercial contracts.
• 8 years of experience in establishing vendor performance management solutions (e.g., service level agreements and key performance indicators).
• 8 years of experience supporting global vendor operations in a leading technology company or in management consulting.

Responsibilities

• Guide global vendor selection, agreement negotiations, contract drafting, and compliance fulfillment across the portfolio.
• Establish and execute global contract performance management solutions and vendor governance frameworks.
• Monitor and resolve operational and compliance risks, ensuring contracts strictly align with legal standards and deliverables.
• Support Deal Desk operations, oversee outsourced services, and design scalable, AI-enabled processes to drive efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and leverage data-driven insights and subject matter expertise to guide vendor decisions.
