Job summary

Bosch is seeking a driven student for a hands-on internship focused on supporting commercial project management within the GM portfolio. You will enhance analytics, automate reporting, and explore AI-enabled solutions across engineering, finance, purchasing, and program management teams.

You will develop dashboards, identify efficiencies, and contribute to digital transformation efforts. Travel is up to 10%. This role offers real-world experience in automotive operations and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• Must be enrolled in an accredited university throughout the duration of the internship/co‑op.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working with data analysis, reporting, or business process improvement projects.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Project Support – track program deliverables, schedules, customer commitments, and business objectives.
• Reporting & Analytics – create, maintain, and improve dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – work with engineering, finance, sales, purchasing, and program management teams to gather information and support program execution.
• Process Improvement – identify opportunities to simplify and standardize business processes.
• AI & Automation Development – leverage AI and automation tools to create solutions that improve productivity and outcomes.
• Data Management – organize, validate, and analyze project, commercial, and operational data.
• Customer & Executive Presentations – assist in preparing reports, presentations, status updates, and executive communications.
• Digital Transformation Initiatives – support implementation of innovative technologies and automation workflows.
• Change Management Support – assist with commercial change management activities.
• Continuous Improvement – research emerging technologies and recommend new tools and best practices.
