Job summary

Bosch invites interns to support commercial project management for the GM portfolio, driving analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. You will collaborate with engineering, finance, purchasing, and program teams to analyze data, improve reporting, and support customer initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Must be enrolled in an accredited university throughout the duration of the internship/co‑op.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working with data analysis, reporting, or business process improvement projects.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Project Support – track program deliverables, schedules, customer commitments, and business objectives.
• Reporting & Analytics – create, maintain, and improve dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration – work with engineering, finance, sales, purchasing, and program management teams.
• Process Improvement – identify opportunities to simplify and standardize business processes.
• AI & Automation Development – leverage AI, Copilot, Agentic AI, and automation tools to create solutions.
• Data Management – organize, validate, and analyze project, commercial, and operational data.
• Customer & Executive Presentations – assist in preparing reports, presentations, status updates, and executive‑level materials.
• Digital Transformation Initiatives – support implementation of innovative technologies and automation workflows.
• Change Management Support – assist with commercial change management activities, including tracking program changes and related business impacts.
• Continuous Improvement – research emerging technologies and recommend new tools, processes, and best practices that create measurable business value.
