Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, Go, C#, or similar OO languages.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining distributed/microservice/cloud-native applications.
• Experience building backend services, APIs, workflows, automation platforms, or operational tooling.
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Experience with service integrations, event-driven architectures, or asynchronous processing patterns.
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and large-scale production systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and operate cloud-native software services that support AI-powered automation and cloud management workflows.
• Build intelligent automation, orchestration, and workflow capabilities to reduce manual effort.
• Develop AI-assisted services to gather context, investigate issues, coordinate responses, summarize state, and recommend actions.
• Create scalable backend services, APIs, data models, and user-facing experiences for critical workflows.
• Build integrations across telemetry platforms, observability systems, ticketing tools, and workflow engines.
• Develop event-driven architectures and automation frameworks to improve reliability and auditability.
• Collaborate with product, engineers, SREs, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Contribute to governance, security, compliance, and operational excellence practices.
