Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or related field.
8+ years in enterprise app delivery, contract management platforms, or software engineering.
3+ years leading technical teams in management, delivery lead, or program leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor cross-functional teams for AI-enabled Icertis CLM solutions with governance and delivery excellence.
Drive AI-powered automation, platform enhancements, and integration initiatives to improve efficiency.
Translate requirements into scalable, secure CLM solutions leveraging automation and AI.
Ensure system reliability, data integrity, compliance, governance, and performance.
Manage end-to-end delivery including architecture, AI transformation, risk, and operations.
