Job summary

FOX is seeking a Broadcast Reliability Engineer to build and operate intelligent monitoring and automation platforms powering FOX content across broadcast, VOD, streaming, and licensing channels.

You will develop software, automate workflows, and leverage AI-driven monitoring to ensure reliability at scale. This role supports a 24/7 operation with daytime hours, and occasional evening/overnight coverage for live events.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on experience in software-based design, development, or technical support.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and data analysis in on‑premises and cloud environments is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for documenting issues and findings.
• C# and/or Python development experience; REST APIs, Git, and scripting favored.
• Experience with production video and broadcast operations.
• Understanding of IP networking and broadcast workflows (SMPTE ST 2110, ST 2022-6).
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts and AI-assisted development platforms.
