FOX is seeking a Broadcast Reliability Engineer to build and operate intelligent monitoring and automation platforms powering FOX content across broadcast, VOD, streaming, and licensing channels.
You will develop software, automate workflows, and leverage AI-driven monitoring to ensure reliability at scale. This role supports a 24/7 operation with daytime hours, and occasional evening/overnight coverage for live events.
The Broadcast Reliability Engineer helps build and operate the intelligent monitoring and automation platforms that power one of the nation's premier broadcasters. As part of our Broadcast Reliability team, you'll develop software, automate workflows, and leverage AI‑driven monitoring to help ensure FOX content is delivered reliably across linear broadcast, Video on Demand (VOD), streaming, and emerging media platforms. This position supports a 24/7 broadcast operation. While the role is primarily scheduled during daytime hours, flexibility to provide evening or overnight coverage for live events and critical operational activities is expected as needed.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $39.75-42.00 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
