Qualifications

• Experience in Linux environments.
• Experience with modern messaging frameworks and APIs in distributed systems.
• Git in collaborative environments.
• Ability to mentor engineers and promote code quality.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and communication.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
• Security clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Design software architectures for agentic development.
• Debug and improve agent behavior while ensuring reliability and safety.
• Translate designs into high-quality, maintainable software meeting functional and visual standards.
• Build reusable code and scalable services across the platform.
• Develop unit tests and documentation for internal users and customers.
• Develop integration tests against simulation tools for realistic missions.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and round out the team.
