The ideal candidate will extract transaction details, validate fields, group transactions, and draft daily, month-end, and year-end reports while maintaining secure batching logs.

Qualifications

• Experience with Python automation for data processing and validation.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Claude) to assist document review and reporting.
• Ability to identify data inconsistencies and apply business rules for accuracy.
• Understanding of data confidentiality and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Extract transaction details from documents and spreadsheets.
• Check required fields, supporting documents, and authorization indicators.
• Flag incomplete or potentially incorrect transactions before batching.
• Group transactions automatically according to business rules.
• Calculate batch totals and item counts.
• Generate batch summaries and upload-ready files.
• Compare source records against batch totals and system reports.
• Identify missing, duplicated, or mismatched transactions.
• Explain discrepancies and recommend corrective actions for review.
• Maintain batching logs and supporting documentation.
• Draft daily, month-end, and year-end reports.
• Answer questions about batch history using authorized records.
