Eulerity, Inc. is seeking a Backend Developer in the NYC area to join our engineering team. You’ll build, test, and maintain backend services powering our platform, with AI at the core of your workflow.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, collaboration, and shipping features end-to-end in a fast-growing tech environment. You should have 1-3 years of backend experience (at least 1 year in Java) and be comfortable using AI agents and AI tooling to prototype and deploy.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of backend development experience, with at least 1 year in Java.
• Experience using AI agents (Claude, Copilot, Cursor) to build, debug, and ship software.
• Familiar with LLMs, AI agent frameworks, or AI-assisted development workflows.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs.
• Strong learner, eager to evolve AI tooling.
• Creative problem solver with collaborative, low-ego mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and maintain backend services across Eulerity's core platform.
• Own features end-to-end—from design and implementation through deployment.
• Use AI agents and LLM tooling to prototype, iterate, and ship faster.
• Contribute product ideas and help shape the engineering roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on features and releases.
• Assist with documentation, system support, and knowledge sharing across the team.
