Job summary

EY’s Platforms Practice is shaping intelligent platforms for major organizations, combining product leadership, data science, design and software engineering. As a manager, you will define user requirements and guide UI development across mobile, web, and tablet platforms, ensuring delivery aligns with business goals.

You will lead teams, participate in client engagements, and drive quality, risk management, and delivery excellence in an Agile environment while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience building production scalable software systems.
• Programming languages: 4+ years of experience with Java or C#.
• Frameworks: 4+ years of experience with Spring Boot, .Net or .Net Core.
• Nice to have: AWS or GCP experience.
• Solid grounding in Computer Science fundamentals.
• Experience with unit testing or TDD.
• A team player with strong communication skills across levels.
• Self- and quick learner, regardless of languages/technologies used.
• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Identify and define user requirements for UI across mobile, web, and tablets.
• Engage in coding, programming, and creating specs to deliver development services aligned with business needs.
• Lead effective management and delivery of processes, solutions and projects, focusing on quality and risk.
