Job summary
Redwood Credit Union is seeking an Automation Analyst II to lead the analysis, design and implementation of advanced enterprise automation. The role focuses on AI-first workflows, Copilot, OCR, and RPA integrations, guiding teams with strong technical and business process understanding.
The position is a full-time regular role located in Napa with a hybrid option after 6 months. Employer sponsorship is not offered.
Qualifications
- Experience with UiPath (preferred), Power Platform and Copilot technologies.
- Experience integrating automation with enterprise systems using APIs, files and databases.
- Scripting experience in Python and PowerShell.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle of automation initiatives from discovery to deployment.
- Architect AI-first and automation-first solutions with Copilot, RPA, and integrations.
- Mentor Automation Analyst I staff and provide design guidance.
- Translate business needs into scalable automation solutions.
- Develop detailed technical docs, workflows and governance artifacts.
- Ensure security, compliance, and auditability of automations.
