Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support organized yard and auction layout in a safe, professional manner.
• Tag items for auction and create accurate descriptions.
• Take photos and upload to the auction management website.
• Create accurate and detailed descriptions of auction items.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to identify items and validate details.
• Operate heavy equipment to assist customers with loading/unloading.
• Assist in loading and unloading during pick-up/drop-off.
• Help customers locate their purchases and be visible during open houses.
• Maintain organization of the facility and yard; perform general maintenance.
• Other duties as required and assigned.
• Travel to off-site auctions to support cataloging, open houses, and pick-ups.
