Job summary

Code and Theory seeks an experienced Adobe Multi-Solution Architect to design, deploy, and optimize Adobe solutions across Workfront, Fusion, AEM, Analytics and more. You will collaborate with Engineering, Strategy, Sales teams and clients to deliver state-of-the-art digital experiences.

You will anchor Proof of Concepts, guide pre-sales, and lead architecture decisions for global engagements across US/EU/APAC, with a strong emphasis on AI-assisted development and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of engineering experience.
• Adobe Multi-Solution Architect certifications.
• Deep technical and architectural experience with multiple Adobe products including Workfront, Fusion, AEM, Edge Delivery Services, AEP, RTCDP, Analytics, Target, Campaign, Journey Optimizer.
• 4+ years’ experience hands-on implementing three or more Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
• 4+ years’ architecting digital marketing solutions across Site, SEM, Media, Mobile App, and Email.
• Strong experience in Enterprise architecture and digital transformation programs.
• Experience with headless CMS like Contentful, Sanity, ContentStack.
• Hands-on development across TS, NextJS, Python, Java.
• Experience with data management systems.
• Pre-sales, project estimation and timelines experience.
• Client-facing solutioning and executive communication; US/EU experience mandatory.
• Leadership in global technology delivery programs.
• AI-native development and agentic engineering experience.
• Mentoring engineers on AI-native development.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud to address marketing or care challenges.
• Audit client ecosystems and recommend optimizations based on objectives and best practices.
• Create architecture diagrams and roadmaps for multi-channel approaches.
• Code POCs, integrations and deployments across stacks (TS, Next.js, Python, Java).
• Lead pre-sales activities, estimates and project timelines.
• Oversee delivery of global digital solutions with client-facing governance.
