Qualifications

• 6+ years in digital ad quality, policy enforcement, trust & safety, ad operations or verification.
• Deep knowledge of ad content standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Experience with AI tools for policy evaluation and human-in-the-loop oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead ad quality governance and policy audit frameworks across formats.
• Deploy and tune AI-powered creative scanning tools for policy compliance.
• Own high-severity ad quality escalations with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Product and Ad Platforms to translate policy into enforcement logic.
• Identify bottlenecks and design AI-assisted workflow for reviews and reporting.
• Analyze ad quality metrics and publish executive policy briefings.
• Mentor and develop the ad review team with SOPs and training.
