You will shape the operational strategy for ad quality enforcement and partner with Legal, Policy, Product, and Engineering to balance user experience with monetization. You will champion AI-augmented review workflows, tune AI classifiers, and establish human-in-the-loop review protocols to catch malvertising at scale while maintaining strong trust and safety

Qualifications

• 6+ years in digital ad quality, policy enforcement, or trust & safety.
• Experience with programmatic ad ecosystems and ad tech.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines and malvertising mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Govern ad quality standards across display, native, video, and programmatic channels.
• Lead AI-assisted policy enforcement and screening initiatives.
• Manage high-priority escalations with cross-functional teams.
