Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in accounting or adjacent roles
• B.A. or B.S in Accounting, Finance, Finance Systems or Information Systems
• Fluency in U.S. GAAP
• Advanced proficiency in SQL with complex queries and window functions
• Familiarity with Python, Databricks, ETL/ELT and data pipelines
• Knowledge of AI fundamentals, LLM tools, and automation platforms
• Experience with internal controls design, implementation and execution

Responsibilities

• Apply accounting and finance domain expertise to identify opportunities where AI can solve complex challenges
• Build AI-powered tools to automate accounting workflows and scale operations
• Design and deploy autonomous AI agents to enhance decision-making and maintain financial controls
• Ship and maintain data products and analytics tools providing real-time insights
• Collaborate with Accounting and partner teams to translate complex workflows into controlled technical solutions
• Partner with Accounting and SOX teams to develop effective internal controls for AI-based accounting solutions
