Qualifications

• 1–2 years of accounting experience (internships and entry-level roles count)
• Foundational understanding of accounting principles and the general ledger
• Experience with an ERP system (e.g., Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Oracle)
• Experience with Snowflake or other data warehouse/analytics platforms

Responsibilities

• Prepare and record journal entries with support and documentation
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and investigate variances
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
• Maintain general ledger records in accordance with internal controls
• Identify repetitive workflows and automate them
• Document automated processes and maintain audit trails
• Prepare internal financial reports and schedules
• Support audit requests by compiling schedules and documentation
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
• Test and adopt new tools or system enhancements
