Job summary

Nexvel Solutions in Elkins Park, PA is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary relationship and coordination lead between Nexvel and its clients. You’ll keep client communication, marketing priorities, internal tasks, timelines, reporting, and deliverables organized.

This is an active, proactive role requiring hands-on experience in at least one digital marketing channel, strong organization, and the ability to review the team’s work with an informed eye.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of account management or client success experience.
• Hands-on experience with at least one digital marketing channel.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organization.
• Familiar with websites, Google Business Profile, email marketing, lead tracking, and CRM.
• Able to manage multiple clients and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients.
• Build relationships with business owners and marketing contacts.
• Understand client goals, services, and local market.
• Lead client check-ins and follow-up meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to move website updates, SEO, content, ads, reporting, CRM tasks forward.
• Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and renewal conversations.
