Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development within the Platforms Practice. You will identify user requirements and lead UI development across mobile, web, and tablets, engaging in coding, specifications, and delivery that align with business needs.

You will guide external client workstreams, manage risk and quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid client-facing role, delivering impact across platforms and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience building production-grade, scalable software systems preferred.
• Programming languages: 4+ years with Java or C#.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions to complex problems and propose changes to policies and procedures.
• Exercise judgment in selecting methods and evaluation criteria to achieve results.
