Our Data, Digital and Analytics (DDA) team is dedicated to solving complex healthcare challenges and improving patient outcomes. As an AI & Digital Data Product Manager, you will drive execution from strategy through implementation for a designated portfolio of advanced AI/ML pipelines and digital data products. Reporting directly to the Director AI & Digital Data Products, you will own the full product lifecycle, spearhead digital transformation initiatives, translate complex business needs into actionable roadmaps, and collaborate within cross‑functional data squads to deliver scalable AI and digital data solutions.
You possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Operations, Marketing, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. You have 3+ years of combined experience in AI & digital data product management, data management, AI/ML product development, software development, or equivalent experience, with a proven track record in digital transformation and driving execution from strategy to implementation. You demonstrate strong technical fluency with data systems, SQL, AI/ML frameworks, and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) to inform digital product decisions. You possess working knowledge of Semantic Layer concepts, data governance frameworks, and FAIR data principles. You have proven experience collaborating with Legal, Compliance, and Privacy teams to ensure adherence to governance and regulatory standards.
Preferred Advanced degree such as an MBA or related graduate‑level qualification. Professional experience in data management, technical project management, or business analysis within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, finance, CPG, or management consulting industries. Experience with AI-driven products, omnichannel/digital marketing solutions, or CRM systems. Expertise in driving product enhancements based on measurement, optimization insights, and data usage metrics. Strong problem‑solving abilities and adaptability to navigate ambiguous or evolving environments.
This role is based in South San Francisco and offers a hybrid schedule working 3 day per week on campus. No relocation benefits are available for this posting.
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of South San Francisco, CA is $125,200 - $232,600. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job‑related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
