Strong technical credibility in AI/ML systems and APIs.
Hands-on ability to write production-quality demos and review samples.
Proven ability to influence research, product, engineering, and marketing teams without direct authority.

Define how IFM measures developer success with adoption, usage, downloads, and platform integrations.
Plan onboarding experiences, tutorials, demos, and events for each model release.
Build onboarding across IFM's GitHub, Discord, and Hugging Face channels, and answer technical questions.
Lead and participate in developer events, workshops, hackathons, and recruit strong contributors.
