Job summary

OpenAI is seeking an integrated marketing manager who understands developers and founders to shape how OpenAI shows up for developers, startups, and engineering teams. You’ll partner with Product, Product Marketing, Developer Relations, Research, Brand, and Creative to develop strategies and bring ideas to market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in developer marketing or related tech marketing.
• Experience with developers, startups, and engineering teams.
• Ability to translate technical ideas into campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing strategies for developers, founders, startups, and engineering teams building with OpenAI.
• Partner with creative, media, and production agencies to develop briefs and bring campaigns to market.
• Establish agency relationships, campaign budgets, media planning, and paid media investments.
• Manage integrated campaigns across product launches, developer events, startup initiatives, community programs, and other opportunities.
• Shape campaign positioning, creative concepts, storytelling, and channel strategy for developers.
