Job summary

Goodwin’s Digital & Technology team seeks an AI Developer to design, implement, and support AI-powered applications and agent-based systems that scale with the firm's operations.

You'll work with software engineers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable software, using Python, C#, TypeScript, and cloud services, while following secure SDLC practices and contributing to RAG and workflow orchestration efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Proven software development experience in modern languages (Python, C#, TypeScript).
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Exposure to AI, ML, or intelligent automation tech.
• Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain/LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework, or LlamaIndex).
• Experience in SDLC environments and software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain AI-powered apps, automation, and agent systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workflows and translate requirements into tech solutions.
• Develop components and integrations using Python, C#, TypeScript, APIs, and related frameworks.
• Configure and support AI solutions using Azure and cloud tech.
• Contribute to RAG, prompt engineering, and agent workflows.
• Participate in architecture discussions and drive scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Develop and execute unit/integration tests and ensure quality.
