Job summary

TechTorch is seeking an AI Developer to design, implement, and deploy agentic systems that work in production. You’ll build multi-step AI agents in Python, integrate top models, and connect agents to real systems.

This role emphasizes shipping real AI products with memory and planning, CI/CD, containers, and cloud deployment. You’ll work with clients to capture requirements and iterate quickly in a remote-first, fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and shipping AI agents or complex automations.
• Strong Python skills (async, testing, packaging).
• Experience with LangGraph or LangChain and orchestration tools (n8n, Bedrock, Airflow, Prefect, Temporal).
• Familiarity with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude ecosystems, or similar model suites.
• Solid data foundations: embeddings, RAG, indexing.
• Software engineering fundamentals: Git, CI/CD, Docker, AWS.
• Bonus: TypeScript, FastAPI, Node.js, or observability tools (Langfuse, W&B, OpenTelemetry).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-step AI agents and orchestration workflows in Python.
• Build using LangGraph, LangChain, n8n, Bedrock, and similar tools.
• Integrate and evaluate models (Gemini, GPT, Claude, etc.).
• Connect agents to APIs, SaaS apps, webhooks, queues, events.
• Implement memory, retrieval, and planning for reliability.
• Take prototypes to production with CI/CD, containers, and cloud deployment.
• Build internal SDKs and reusable agent templates to speed delivery.
• Instrument logging, tracing, guardrails, and evaluation.
• Work directly with clients to capture requirements and iterate fast.
• Apply best practices for security, privacy, and safety in deployments.

What you bring

• Familiarity with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude , or similar model ecosystems
• Solid data foundations : embeddings, RAG, chunking, indexing
• Software engineering fundamentals: Git, CI/CD, Docker, AWS
• Bonus: TypeScript , FastAPI, Node.js, Supabase, or observability tools (Langfuse, W&B, OpenTelemetry)
