Job summary

Inceed is seeking an AI Developer to join a newly forming AI team in Dallas, TX. You will design and build AI-powered applications and multi-agent workflows, leveraging Claude, Azure OpenAI, and related platforms.

You’ll create data pipelines between Snowflake and Azure Databricks, develop retrieval-augmented generation experiences, and help evaluate model and agent quality while collaborating with business teams on production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years of production software, data, or AI/ML experience.
• Strong Python development skills with tested, maintainable code.
• Working knowledge of SQL and cloud data platforms.
• Experience building applications with large language models.
• Understanding of Git, testing, CI/CD, and design patterns.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.

Compensation:

$112000 - 140000 annually, depending on experience

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled AI Developer to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly forming AI team and help shape how modern AI solutions are built and delivered across the business. You’ll work on high-impact projects spanning generative AI, agentic workflows, and machine learning, with the chance to experiment, prototype, and productionize solutions in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Familiarity with MCP or tool-calling patterns
• Experience with containerization or infrastructure as code
