Empath Health is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented AI Developer to optimize and support our Salesforce platform across the organization. You’ll partner with business stakeholders and IT to enhance system functionality, improve data integrity, and drive user adoption in a mission-driven healthcare environment.

This high-impact role focuses on designing AI/ML solutions, embedding AI into enterprise systems, and advancing MLOps practices to deliver measurable ROI for key business processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years building AI/ML solutions.
• Strong experience with AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and scalable system architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end AI/ML solutions from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring.
• Build and scale modern AI architectures including generative AI, LLMs, and RAG-based apps.
• Develop APIs, microservices, and integration layers to embed AI into enterprise systems.
• Lead evaluation and implementation of AI tools, platforms, and frameworks across the organization.
• Establish MLOps practices including automated pipelines, model governance, and performance monitoring.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions with measurable ROI.

What You'll Need
