Job summary

Centene is offering a paid internship in its Managed Care division designed for current students. You will learn a range of processes, contribute to AI-assisted design workflows, and gain exposure to legal and regulatory topics shaping the industry.

As part of the team, you’ll audit documentation for AI readability, prototype using Fondue components, and communicate findings to mentors and management while developing professionally. Remote/hybrid options may be available.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a graduate program related to the hiring department
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent completed
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Support AI workflows through Fondue Design System team.
• Audit and structure documentation for AI readability.
• Prototype and test AI-assisted discovery using Fondue components.
• Validate outputs against accessibility, consistency, and quality standards.
• Document findings and recommendations for process improvements.
• Communicate project status to mentors and management.
• Research regulatory topics within the industry.
• Attend trainings to enhance professional competencies.
• Complies with policies and standards
