Qualifications

• Education in HCI/UX/Product Design or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year designing digital products or conducting user research.
• Strong understanding of usability heuristics and WCAG accessibility.
• Ability to critique AI-generated designs and explain decisions.
• Effective communication of design rationale and trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated wireframes and flows for usability and coherence.
• Audit outputs for accessibility and inclusive design practices.
• Validate design patterns and apply psychological principles (e.g., Fitts's Law).
• Annotate gaps in user journeys and refine product requirements.
• Provide high-quality feedback on UI and information architecture.
