Job summary

The OpenAI Deployment Company is seeking a Corporate Development Deal and Integration Lead to own its inorganic growth agenda, from strategy through integration. You will lead acquisitions end-to-end and drive post-close integration, including org design, talent retention, and value capture, partnering with OpenAI leaders to align with long‑term value creation.

This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader who can manage complex transactions and collaborate across Finance, Legal, People, IT,

Qualifications

10+ years of experience across corporate development, M&A, private equity, investment banking, or strategic finance.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end execution of acquisitions, from thesis development through diligence, valuation, signing and close.
Lead integration planning before sign and manage post-close integration across org design, talent retention, communications, systems, and value capture.
Collaborate with OpenAI Corp Dev and cross-functional teams to share pipeline and prepare stakeholders with deal context.
Identify inorganic priorities across talent, delivery capacity, geographic expansion, and deployment capabilities.
Build board-ready materials, decision frameworks, and recommendations balancing upside, risk, and financial discipline.
Coordinate with Finance, Legal, People, IT, Security, Recruiting, and delivery leadership to drive diligence, structure transactions, and handoffs.
Maintain a strong pipeline of tuck-ins and larger opportunities while refining corp dev strategy as the business scales.
