Job summary

Pharmavite in the United States seeks an experienced AI/ML Project & Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML initiatives, guiding planning, execution, deployment, and ongoing operations across data and engineering teams.

You will apply Agile, MLOps, and CI/CD practices, coordinate cross‑functional resources, manage risks, and report progress with clear KPIs to stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field; 7+ years in program/technical product management or AI analytics delivery
• Experience delivering AI/ML solutions and managing complex delivery programs across data and engineering teams
• Technical fluency with cloud & data platforms, especially Azure Data Services
• Hands-on experience implementing MLOps and CI/CD for AI/ML solutions
• Certifications in AI product management, cloud platforms, or project/program management advantageous

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI/ML project delivery from planning through deployment and operations
• Coordinate resource planning, sprint schedules, and vendor collaboration
• Apply Agile, MLOps, and CI/CD best practices for streamlined development
• Ensure governance, data governance, security, and regulatory compliance
• Manage risks, dependencies, and report delivery progress to stakeholders
• Align AI solutions with business goals and measurable value realization
