McKinstry is seeking a Technical Product Manager, AI Delivery to turn AI strategy into shipped tools and measurable outcomes. You will own the intake pipeline, scope use cases, define value and success metrics, and manage the lifecycle from pilot to production.

You will translate approved use cases into product requirements for AI engineering, coordinate pilot intake and scoring, and maintain delivery metrics to drive ROI across multiple Corporate Service Units.

Qualifications

• Own sprint methodology execution across all active AI tools with planning, standups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Translate approved business use cases into user stories, acceptance criteria, data requirements and integration specs.
• Manage the pilot intake mechanics including form, evaluation, scoring and supporting documentation.
• Own the product lifecycle from pilot approval to production deployment and track progress against success criteria.
• Maintain the program's delivery metrics and pilot portfolio dashboard with ROI data.

Responsibilities

• Own sprint ceremonies and ensure pilots have clear scope and measurable success criteria.
• Translate business use cases into concrete product requirements for engineers.
• Oversee the pilot intake process and documentation to support decisions.
• Lead pilot to production handoffs and monitor progress against timelines.
• Maintain dashboards showing pilot success rates and ROI.
