Sia, a leading global consulting firm, seeks a Senior Manager, AI Delivery Lead - Legal & RegTech in New York. You will grow Sia’s Legal AI & Technology practice, advise legal leaders, shape technology decisions, and lead multidisciplinary teams from opportunity assessment through implementation and adoption.

The role combines client delivery, business development, and practice leadership, collaborating with legal operations, AI, data, and engineering specialists to improve service delivery,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in consulting, legal operations, legal technology, or technology transformation.
• 3+ years leading teams or complex client programs, with accountability for delivery and senior stakeholder relationships.
• Track record of implementing legal technology or AI solutions with measurable improvements.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows, particularly contracting and service delivery, and translating requirements into tech solutions.
• Experience evaluating generative AI tools and designing workflows with AI agents and enterprise data sources.
• Experience developing proposals, scoping engagements, and contributing to account growth or new business.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a law degree is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Advise legal leaders and shape transformation programs.
• Lead client engagements across workstreams, owning scope, staffing, budgets, and executive communications.
• Guide build-versus-buy decisions, vendor assessments, pilots, and implementation of legal AI platforms and CLM systems.
• Translate legal requirements into workflows, product backlogs, and acceptance criteria; coordinate deployments with technical teams.
• Lead workshops and training to help lawyers and operations use AI effectively; track adoption and value.
• Develop offerings and client credentials; expand relationships and participate in campaigns and thought leadership.
